Social Responsibilities and Projects Undertaken by Techtrix –

Techtrix Solutions, proudly like to state that, the company has undertaken the project of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana, ( DDUGKY) Govt of India, Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) , as a social responsibility of the management for the Rural Development and in support to the policies of Govt of India.

Mission is , to provide technical services and skill development, such as monitoring, evaluation, training, content development, and research for the programs undertaken by Government at national level to enable rural poor youths including socially disadvantaged groups to secure a better future.

Main objective behind it is –

• Establish an advisory institute for skilling and placement linked programs for rural youth in the country.
• Enhance the competencies of stakeholders and functionaries in the effective implementation of placement linked skills programs for the benefit of the rural youth in India.
• Be a knowledge repository of skilling initiatives and programs in the developing world.
• To be the leader in impact evaluation research of skilling programs
Presently , Institute formed by Techtrix is taking efforts on 100+ rural youngsters, from their stay, food and their skill development and adding value in their life and also taking responsibility of getting them onboard ( placement) as per their abilities and norms of the course under the guidelines by Ministry of Rural Development.

ABOUT DDUGKY

• Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) is the skilling and placement initiative of the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Government of India. DDU-GKY has its origins in the Aajeevika Skills programme and the ‘Special Projects’ component of the Swarnjayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana (SGSY). The scheme focuses on catering to the occupational aspirations of rural youth and enhancing their skills for wage employment.
• Implementation of DDU-GKY involves State Governments, Technical Support Agencies like the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRD & PR), and Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs).
• MoRD has notified the Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to be followed while implementing the programme. It is mandatory for all project functionaries under DDU-GKY to be trained, assessed and certified in the Standard Operating Procedures.

To be a Centre of Excellence and a global leader for policy design and implementation in skilling and placement linked skill programs for rural youth of the developing countries.

Angle of Social Responsibilities :

Understanding the priority of social reform and considering a small contribution on the social responsibilities helping in the process of building a Nation, company is working on-

Women Empowerment-

Women Empowerment through various opportunities of women in the field of skill development.

Ethical Responsibility

Company has formed a Trust in the name of “ Aharnisham”.
Under the various activities of the Trust, recently company has distributed the warm clothes to the “Divyang” children , staying at Dyangangotri residential school.

Economic Responsibility

Company is working on the project under DDUGKY and under which giving the various opportunities to the candidates who have come from Rural Areas, to start their career path by assessing their willingness to work and abilities.

Environment Responsibility

Volenteers of Techtrix, various times actively work on gather on waste on account of electronic and clothes and distribute the same to the needy people.
